Treat yourself to a week of renewal from October 2026 in a peaceful natural surrounding not far from the ocean in Southern Portugal.
Each morning, awaken your body with gentle exercises based on Pilates, Yoga and movement in general. Walk mindfully in nature, deepen your intuition, and explore your inner world through nature and quiet.

Extra information:
- Flights & travel expenses are not included in the price. The nearest airport is Faro airport and 90 km from the retreat location.Treatments are also not included in the price.
- Transportation: A car rental offers greater flexibility, since some beaches aren't reachable by public transportation. Marinacar is our recommended company and you can pick up your car at the airport. There is public transportation from and to the airport (train & bus combined with taxi/Uber) and also buses between surrounding towns, although scarce. Airport transfers can be arranged for you upon request. Ubers are available in the area and inexpensive for shorter distances.
- A moderate fitness level and good shoes are required for the easy to do walks, that however are mostly earth trails, can be up & down hill and may take up to 2.5hrs.
- Appropriate sun protection is necessary
Morning exercise classes are held by a physiotherapist and can be adapted to the group. Meditation, breath, pilates and general exercise movements can be included.
- In the afternoons, you will have time to integrate your experience, to enjoy the surrounding. You can go for walks in nature, relax on one of the pretty beaches nearby and explore the area with picturesque villages and towns. We offer massages (Sports, ayurvedic, relaxing, therapeutic and a mixture of these) at the venue. Depending on the group's wishes, we can organize a visit to one of the beautiful places in the area for you.
